Grammateas is online booking software for service businesses in Cyprus - barbers, salons, clinics, garages and studios. A business subscribes per shop and pays in euros. Prices below are shown before and after Cyprus VAT at 19%.

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Starter

  • Monthly: €22 + VAT (€26.18 incl. 19% VAT)
  • Yearly, paid once a year: €199 + VAT (€236.81 incl. 19% VAT)
  • 200 text messages included each month

Pro

  • Monthly: €45 + VAT (€53.55 incl. 19% VAT)
  • Yearly, paid once a year: €405 + VAT (€481.95 incl. 19% VAT)
  • 500 text messages included each month

Growth

  • Monthly: €75 + VAT (€89.25 incl. 19% VAT)
  • Yearly, paid once a year: €675 + VAT (€803.25 incl. 19% VAT)
  • 1,000 text messages included each month

Running more than one shop lowers the whole bill: 10% off for two shops, 20% off for three or four, 30% off for five. What each plan includes is compared on the home page.

Records add-on

For clinics and practitioners: clinical records, intake forms and GESY referral checks. Added to any plan.

  • Monthly: €25 + VAT (€29.75 incl. 19% VAT)
  • Yearly: €225 + VAT (€267.75 incl. 19% VAT)

Extra text messages

Each plan includes the texts above every month. A shop that sends more can buy a pack. Bought texts do not expire, and the monthly texts are always used first.

  • 200 texts: €5 + VAT (€5.95 incl. 19% VAT)
  • 500 texts: €11 + VAT (€13.09 incl. 19% VAT)
  • 1,000 texts: €20 + VAT (€23.80 incl. 19% VAT)
  • 2,000 texts: €38 + VAT (€45.22 incl. 19% VAT)

What we do not charge for

No commission on bookings, no charge per staff member, and no fee for a shop's customers to book. Payments a customer makes to a shop - deposits, gift cards, memberships - go to that shop's own Stripe account; Stripe's own processing fee applies to those and is shown by Stripe.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is charged after it. See refunds and cancellations and the terms of service.
