Grammateas is a trading name of Nelisol Trading Ltd, a private limited company registered in Cyprus. Company registration number HE 475654. Registered office: Kiriakou Matsi 9, 4520 Parekklisia, Limassol, Cyprus. Tax identification code 60308400U. VAT number CY60308400U.
This page covers what a business pays Grammateas for its subscription and text messages. Payments a customer makes to a shop are covered at the bottom.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a free trial and no card. If you do not choose a plan, nothing is ever charged and there is nothing to cancel.
How to cancel
Sign in, open Billing in your dashboard, and press Cancel subscription. You can also cancel from the billing page Stripe hosts for us (Manage billing details on the same screen), or by emailing support@grammateas.com.cy from the address your account uses. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
What happens when you cancel
- Everything keeps working until the end of the monthly or yearly period you have already paid for.
- Nothing is charged after that date. The subscription does not renew.
- When the period ends your dashboard and your public booking page are switched off. Your data is kept, so choosing a plan again brings everything back as it was. Change your mind before the date and choosing a plan simply keeps the subscription going.
Refunds
- Subscriptions are not refunded for the unused part of a period, monthly or yearly. You keep the service until the period ends instead.
- Changing plan: moving up takes effect at once and you pay only the difference for the days left in the period. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal, with no refund and no charge.
- Text message packs do not expire and are not refunded once bought.
- Charged in error - a duplicate payment, a charge after you cancelled, or an amount that does not match your plan - is refunded in full to the card it came from. Email us within 60 days of the charge; refunds reach the card in 5 to 10 working days.
Nothing on this page limits any right you have under Cyprus or EU law.
Payments to a shop
When a customer pays a shop through Grammateas - a deposit, a gift card, a membership - the shop is the seller and the money goes to the shop's own Stripe account. Grammateas never holds it. Cancellations and refunds of those payments follow the shop's own policy, shown on its booking page; ask the shop directly.
